Our cars in Business Class (Mercedes E Class or similar), First Class (Mercedes S Class or similar), Prestige Class (Range Rover, Rolls Royce, Bentley or similar) all are licensed to carry up to 4 passengers, however due to the seating layout in these vehicles and for your comfort we always suggest no more than 3 passengers for the best level of comfort.

Our cars in Van/SUV Class (Mercedes V Class or similar) are licensed to and can accommodate up to 6 passengers, however we suggest up to 5 people for the best level of comfort.

 

Our Minibuses can be catered to the needs of your party, however please do contact us to find the most comfortable vehicle for your party, their luggage and your overall needs and we will try our very best to accommodate this for you.

Our prices are based on your journey and requirements, this includes vehicle type, distance, time, toll/parking charges and any other special requests which we will always try our best to accommodate for you including lunch, food, snacks and other drinks. Water is complimentary for every journey.

You can book up to 12 months in advance. Most of our customers give us at least 24 hours notice before their booking time, however we are happy to accept bookings at short notice if we have capacity to fulfill your requirements with the correct chauffeur and vehicle type.

We will always try to send you an sms or email with all chauffeur and vehicle details including the make, model, colour, registration number and driver contact number. We will monitor your flight/train based on the flight/train number provided at the time of booking. Our chauffeur will enter the terminal 10 minutes after your flight/train has arrived and will wait for 60 minutes. If you feel you will need more time then please call the driver or the bookings number on (phone number) and let us know so that we can make adjustments to your booking time accordingly.

Yes, all our vehicles have a Bluetooth connection allowing you to control your very own music or ask your chauffeur to play your desired radio station. Some of our vehicles also allow you to play audio using an AUX cable, your chauffeur would be happy to assist.

All our vehicles have climate control and your chauffeur driver will be happy to assist you with any adjustments you wish to make.

Our chauffeur drivers will be happy to provide assistance to get yourself in and out of the vehicle safely, if requested at the time of booking. This ensures we allocate the correct vehicle type and chauffeur to your booking.
